M. Lhuillier extends a helping Hand to Street Children

M. LHUILLIER Philippines with the cooperation of OPEC NORTE officers headed by Julius Barriga spearheads a program called “Developing Children thru Basic Drawing Education?last May 3-28, 2010 everyday at Brgy. Lumapad, Mandaue City, Cebu. The program aims to minimize the street children, develop their drawing skills and encourage them to continue going to school. There were twenty-five street children benefited from the said program. They hired a drawing instructor to facilitate the drawing class and provided the drawing materials such as: pencils, bags, pencil cases, drawing books, crayons, and snacks after every class.

As such, M Lhuillier believes that these children should enjoy their childhood in studying, playing with their fellow children at school and not on the street.
