M Lhuillier Tubig Para sa Masa

Last November 2009, the officers of OPEC- Balanghai Crown headed by Mr. Jussel M. Mongado, visited Brgy. Ambago, Butuan City to introduce the project “Tubig Para sa Masa?by putting up a jetmatic pump on their open-wheel. The news was greeted with the roaring applause from the beneficiaries.

Brgy. Ambago is one of the barangays in Butuan City that do not have access or sufficient supply of water.  The OPEC- Balanghai Crown of M. Lhuillier Caraga region considered it as a social problem that needs an urgent response. After carefully planning, the body approved for immediate implementation of the said project. And now, the residents of Barangay Ambago enjoy the benefits of this open wheel jetmatic pump.
