MLhuillier OPEC NEWS Recognized as Most Oustanding Partner by Dept. of Education

M. LHUILLIER PHILS. through OPEC-NEWS Network was awarded a Certificate of Recognition as Most Outstanding DepEd partner during the 3rd Stakeholders Pasidungog last March 14, 2009 held at Mag-ubay Elementary School Multi-Purpose Hall, Oquendo District, Calbayog City.  The award is given to individual or group for their sustained moral support especially in narrowing resource gaps. OPEC-NEWS Samar has provided vast opportunities in terms of school and community development. One of which was its active partaking in the adopt-a-school program of the Department of Education (DepEd) to various public elementary schools in Samar.
